Accessibility statement

The National Agency for Network and Electronic Services is interested in ensuring the accessibility of the Web Portal Slovensko v mobile in accordance with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of the conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2102. 

This statement of accessibility applies to the web application Slovensko v mobile. 

Status of compliance 

The web Portal Slovensko v mobile is in partial compliance  with Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technology in Public Administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2102 with regard to elements of non-compliance. 

Inaccessible content 

The content below is inaccessible for the following reasons: 

  1. A) Non-compliance with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector subjects: 

    1. Some elements on the Slovak part of the website are in English, although they should be in Slovak. The title structure on some parts of the web portal is not used in accordance with the semantic accessibility rules. Some headings are not labeled headings in the page code. Some visually hidden buttons are read by screen readers. [Success criterion 1.3.1 Information and interrelationships]  

    2. Some buttons are not clearly described. Some form elements on the portal have a hidden label that is unreadable by screen readers. Some mandatory form elements are not marked as required. For some form elements, the user is not informed about what to enter in the form field. [Success criterion 3.3.2 Labels or guidelines] 

    3. Some interactive elements on the website do not inform the user about their status [Success criterion 4.1.2 Name, function, value] 

    4. Open content overlaps some other content without being able to delete it with the Esc key. [Success criterion 1.4.13 Content when hovering with the mouse or cursor] 

    5. Additional content is displayed after targeting the element. Some content on a webpage disappears when you focus on an item on the webpage. [Success criterion 3.2.1 Focus] 

    6. Some content does not have a sufficient contrast ratio of text to background colors [Success Criterion 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum)] 

    7. Some graphic elements on the portal are not sufficiently described. Decorative graphics do not have an empty alternative description. [Success criterion 1.1.1 Non-text content] 

    8. In some cases, the user is not informed how to correct the error in the form [Success criterion 3.3.3 Suggestion to correct the error] 

    9. For some links on the portal, it is not clear enough where they link. [Success criterion 2.4.4 Purpose of the link (in context)] 

    10. The code expiration time when activating the application or logging in is not long enough, nor can it be extended. [Success criterion 2.2.1 Adjustable timing] 

    11. There are errors in syntactic analysis on the portal - e.g. incorrect nesting of elements. [Success criterion 4.1.1 Syntactic analysis] 

Preparation of this accessibility statement 

This statement was prepared on 9.6.2022. 

Evaluation of the compliance of the Web Portal Slovensko v mobile with the requirements of Act No. 95/2019 Coll. on Information Technologies in Public Administration and the relevant implementing regulations within the scope of the conditions under Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out by self assessment.
