Basic principles of security
Dear Users,
we would like to remind you that if you authenticate* on the Web Portal Slovensko v mobile, you are obliged to comply with the basic rules of security and confidentiality of your data.
Because you are working with sensitive data when you work with an electronic mailbox, you should never allow unauthorised persons access to the open web browser through which you have logged in after logging in to the website. We also do not recommend logging in on shared computers where you do not have control over the installed software.
After finishing your work in the electronic mailbox or on the website, we recommend you to properly log out and check whether the logout was successful and then close the web browser, or pull out your ID card from the chip card reader.
At the same time, you should take care to prevent, as far as possible, the loss, theft or use of your ID card or mobile device by others. Therefore, keep them in a safe place out of the reach of others. Ensure that your security codes remain confidential from others and do not disclose them to anyone. If you need to have your security codes written down, never keep them with your ID card or mobile device.
If your ID card is lost, stolen or suspected of being misused, inform the police immediately and arrange for the cancellation of the stored certificates, either by visiting the document department in person or via an electronic service (only if you have previously used the contact data modification service and entered the so-called discreet data).
In the event of loss, theft or suspected misuse of a verified mobile device with the activated mobile application Slovensko v mobile, immediately ensure the cancellation of stored certificates either when visiting the service centre in person or via the Web portal Slovensko v mobile (Device Management section)
* Note:
Authentication is proving identity by means of an authenticator, which is, according to the legislation in force, an ID card with an electronic chip (eID), a residence document with an electronic chip, an alternative authenticator, an authentication certificate, a means of electronic identification issued within the framework of an electronic identification scheme.
